Taxi will be between £25 and £30 depending on traffic.. and will take 30 mins plus. Leith is on the far side of Edinburgh from the airport.
For those whom cost is an issue, the cheaper (and probably just as quick) option is the bus. There's an airport bus every 10 minutes to the city centre (£3 single, £5 return), get off at Waverley station, walk round the corner on to Princes St and get a bus that goes to Leith.. fare £1.

Ah, to be fair - I don't think they've actually made a clear time, but it all seems to be based around the hotel so far...
