Hi Guys, I`m thinking of flying down to Heathrow on the 27th Jan but unsure what time everyone is flying / meeting? I can get into Heathrow for about 9.30am is that too early? What time are you all going bowling? Is anyone else flying into Heathrow?

Ger

I probably will be, looking at the BD585 from MAN which arrives LHR at 10:00. No idea as yet on how to get from LHR to Maidenhead but more than happy to meet you at LHR :)

Edit - Just done a route plan and it's 15 miles (30 min drive) from LHR T1 to the hotel so I dont think a cab would be too expensive. Not sure about other options though.

I've just reserved a room at the Thames Hotel for the 27th.

Barry when would you like the money for the party?

Regards

Geraldine, the bowling is not until the afternoon so you will have plenty of time, mcmbenjamin may be flying into LHR but I don't know at what time.

James, you can pay as soon as you like but I will need all funds in 2 weeks before at the latest.

Having finally realised only yesterday that the PCP was taking place in Maidenhead, Berks and not Maidstone, Kent [:I][:w] and knowing this made it a much greater possibility of us being able to attend, I set about persuading t'other half that it was a good idea, after my best attempts things weren't working too well (must of lost my touch) I decided bribery was a good option and suddenly we were talking [ii]...

So to cut a long story short, I would say that it is now 70% likely that we will be attending, so Bazz, If you could add us to the list as a "more than likely maybe" that would be great and I shall confirm post haste.

Cheers

Ben, I only aspire to be Gold, got to within a few points year before last but couldn't spare the time to get the extra few TP's. I have only made Silver and expect to be back to Silver in a few months!

If those attendees who have not yet paid would like to do so by Mid January it would be most appreciated. This is so we have the monies to hand for the Finger Buffet, Piano hire and Katzenjammer's travel and hotel expenses. Thank you.

Thank you gentlement for you diversion but pleae can we keep this thread on track. There is only less than three weeks now to the PCP and we are still missing some funds. Will those who are still to pay please do so in the next week, thank you.

May I remind v-flyers wishing to stay at the hotel that you need to make your own reservation arrangements and confirm with CC details - I have only negotiated a group rate and blocked off a number of rooms. If you just show up on the day you may not get a room.

That is good news, Ben. Also trying to twist Marcus' arm as I type (which makes typing tricky...)
