Had dinner with Chuck last night in the Wynn, and looking forward to catching up with everyone over the next week.

One unexpected highlight of the week is that the Frontier casino (practically opposite the Wynn) is coming down on Tuesday, and I've always wanted to see one of those big Vegas-style demolitions - looks like I'll get my chance!

Thursday I assume we're still on for lunch at the top of the Strat, plus a few of the brave (foolhardy?) will be sampling the rides.

Sunday night in San Francisco, let's meet in the (sports?) bar at the front of the Westin St Francis on Union Sq any time up to around 6.45, so we can head over to the Cheesecake Factory on top of Macy's at 7pm. I'll aim to be in the St Francis around 5-5.30.

I failed to pick up a pay-as-you-go in a shop, but I have one on order from Amazon. In the meantime, you can get me at the Wynn (+1 702 770 7000) - room 3344.

I checked with the concierge at Wynn, and they don't have a problem with people watch from the parking garage. The other option is the Captial Grille at Fashion Show (if it's open) - but yes, if you're around Dave, I'm planning on watching - preferably with a couple of beers...

Do we have a finalised plan for Thursday yet? I'm currently in Clubhouse at SFO awaiting my Vegas connecting flight. I'll be in The Flamingo till Thursday then at Caesers, so get me there if you need me

I mentioned to Dave we should meet at the Strat around 11am in order to do any of the rides prior to lunch (probably not a wise idea to do them *after*!)

I have an American mobile - 702 203 2438, although it's a pretty dodgy signal in my room, so also try calling the Wynn on 702 770 7000 room 3344.

Great to meet up with everyone earlier this evening, my first ever V-flyer Do. Must find a Scottish dictionary sometime - and sorry for falling asleep half-way through the evening. Wasn't the drinks I can assure you but I was completely and utterly knackered as you all know. [B)]

Yes, last night was a blast - although apologies for my crap mis-direction about the Sports Bar in the Westin St Francis, which appears to have closed some years ago (I just don't get into town often enough, it would seem!).

How long did the drinking in Folley's continue after Marcus and I whimped out? ;)

Guys, appologies for my non attendance, I had a spot of bother with my Hire Car and a Bus at Monster Park (for once not my fault)[V]. Never got back to the hotel until 8pm.
Hope you all had a great flight back!

Likewise Chris,

Had a ball, lost a small fortune, but the craic was mighty, especially in Foley's bar. I promise no more Russian songs;)

When I get my head together I'll get the Tr's up

Sounds like you lot all had some fun. Shame Sarah and I couldn't make it this time, but work commitments prevented us from attending - will be there for sure for the next event though!

Yes, it was great fun and good to see you all again.

A Scotsman in an Irish bar in the USA singing in Russian HAS to be a first!!
