Why not arrange a V-Flyer train ride down to gatwick, this could be done via virgin trains?

Still awaiting absolute final confirmation, but it looks like the location will be Reading.

Good connections to the rest of the country, with fast rail links direct from Paddington, to the west and north of the UK, and even Virgin Trains down to Gatwick. Railair buses also run to and from Heathrow regularly. Michael has done some great work on the hotel, which I'll let him confirm the details of.

I can also now reveal we have professional entertainment lined up for the evening, exclusively for our group, and some special extras to give you that 'Clubhouse' feeling [;)]

Vigin Trains from the NE and NW serve Reading every half hour or so (when they're not delayed!)
