Dan just called so all paid up now! He said there were quite a few V-Flyer bookings being processed so I told him it was on our website and that was probably why [;)]

Interesting line about 'authorisation code' in my letter[:?][:?]

Have not forgotten about lining up a small coach from the Hilton - just a bit busy at work at the moment[:I][:I]

BTW 'Full Velocity' turned up too - has a reference to the bash in it on p4 so it really did cheer up a dreary day

Sorry guys - am really rationalising expenditure. I can get 80 back for the ticket, and save 70 (ish) for the hotel room (not even including petrol) - so even with beers included, I'll still be 150 better off. Needs must at the moment I'm afraid....

Cheers

Transport Update

Apologies that it has taken a bit of time to get round to this[:I][:I]

I have done a trawl of some local coach hire firms and the going rate for a 24 seater is 300 which (on current numbers) works out at 15 a head. This is picking up at around 7pm and returning at 1.15am.

One firm however, has offered a 16 seater and do two runs between the Hilton and Addington Palace (and back of course[}:)]) for 150.

Availablity is fine for either so your thoughts would be welcome and I will then firm up early next week.

So how many paid up members are staying at the Hilton? Maybe the 16 seater will be enough? or the 16 seater and a cab? Cheaper than the bigger bus.

Richard what is the position?

Barry.
