Well shipmates time is running out to sign on for the next voyage, we have to commit to the boat in a weeks time and we still need another 11 crew members to make the math stack up so what are you waiting for?

I have managed to get the boat people to give us a little longer to get the numbers together but unless we get another 11 signed up before mid month or a benefactor donates £165.00 this trip will not be happening. So come guys and gals get you names down for a fun day.

The chances are that I will still not make it but as Iforres jnr2 appeared well ahead of schedule I have an outside shot at attending. Either way I will happily donate the 15GBP to cover my place on board. A PayPal payment will shortly be on the way.

Assuming that the boat trip is lunch/afternoon then count myself and my girlfriend in! Can't make the evening at all though as we have a prior engagement in London. Can anyone confirm what time the boat will be back so that I can confirm?

To confirm arrangements for the day.

I suggest those coming for the boat trip aim to meet in the River Bar at the Thames Hotel beforehand for a drink or two before we sail. The boat will depart Maidenhead Riverside at 14.00 and return at 18.00. In the evening there will be an informal gathering at the Thames Hotel for those unable to make the cruise but who still wish to come along and socialise. There will be bar snacks or the 'Specials' menu for those wishing to eat and the hotel still has rooms available at the special v-flyer rate.

Please get your monies in ASAP and I look forward to meeting old and new friends on the day.

Nick usually organises and conducts (very professionally) the raffle, unfortunately due to prior commitments Nick cannot attend this year and no one else has offered so failing a late volunteer I guess we won't have one this year Darren.

I hope the weather holds good for everybody tomorrow. I am sorry that I will not be there this year but I am sure a good time will be had by all.
