Anyone interested? I went to a combined Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau d'Yquem earlier this year at Le Gavroche and it was an unforgettable night for many reasons, not least for the wine and food.

If there's enough interest I can get a table organised.

Cheers, Howard

I am sure they would entertain such a request with a pertinent response.

Decker is preparing dinner at the mo, but I've told him about it and generously said he could go if he wants to[:)]

I'll be dining in the SFO clubhouse then. A very select gathering you understand. Carriages at 11:30? Raise you a 747-400.

I have to say that looks delicious

Howard...you buying ? (including airfare ?) I could be tempted...The menu looks great...However with the conversion rate and no expense account to abuse I would have to sell a kidney....which might just be worth it.

It would have been a resounding yes of course, and indeeds Mat's message to me on msn was 'go with Decker and Howard if you want, i'll stay in with Mrs D' but unfortunately we'll half way to SFO on this day.

And enjoying much better food in UC aswell no doubt [:D]

Cheers!
