If we go to a veggie restaurant, there's only one option. I'll have to eat a vegetarian.

I've dined alone in that branch of Hard Rock, just in case my crappy understanding of the French language meant I ordered something inedible...

Disneyland Paris!!!

I think the odds of getting anything remotely authentic when we're in a big group is night on impossible, especially in Paris. We could always just eat lots of crepes with Nutella all day.

Oooh Sarah... we can shopping in the cheese hall of Galaries Lafayette, or le Bon Marche!!!! mmmm... epoisses [:p][:p]

Well there is a direct Disneyland Eurostar that leaves about the same time from St Pancras or the RER takes 40 mins to get there from Paris itself. Sadly the food there is nothing special.

Nothing wrong with good pigs trotters, of more concern to me was the word 'homemade'. I'd hope everything was homemade...

Ah, pied de cochon [:D]

I hope we'll all be practising our French with such fine phrases as 'bonnet de douche, Rodney'. We have to show those Frenchies that us 'rosbifs' are indeed cultured and sophisticated. Dean and I shall be doing our bit by eating epoisse cheese on the train and drinking cheap wine out of a bottle [:D]

Thanks,
Sarah
