Bringing a few bottles of sparkly stuff, plus a bottle of Baileys (for coffee...) and other sundries; has anyone already sorted plastic champagne flutes & martini glasses?
Also, scratching my head over how to keep the champagne chilled. I have several ice blocks, but the Travelodge won't have a freezer in the room, and I doubt anything I bring from Reading on Friday afternoon will still be at optimum temperature by Saturday morning.

I have 24 plastic flutes.
Last year I went to the Tesco near Kings Cross and bought some bags of ice. Metal waste bin and sink worked, sort of...
Just took the edge off it.

@Catherine. Nope, that train will be straight back to London with a different set of passengers, and is unlikely to be the same train we get back ourselves.
