Just booked here I need 1 TP to keep my FC AG anyway

Booked the 06:50 VS3046 from MAN on the 31st returning on the 16:10 VS3043 the same day.

£97 return, but still cheaper than BA. The base fare is showing as been £00.00!!

This has the hallmarks of a social...

As suspected, those reward seat connection flights will be " soaked up" by VS but surprise surprise base fare is free only SQ to pay.....

I'm in.

Fly up on Saturday lunchtime and back in the 06:50. Take that Carbon Footprint

Even though I'm only a 40min drive from MAN, think I'll book an airport hotel the night before so I then don't have to get up at stupid o'clock

Can you book the flights from Man to LHR on the VS web site and when do they start operating

I booked through Opodo, flight was £38, £3 Opodo booking free (essentially, their commission) and no debit card charges.

When I logged in to Virgin Flying Club the flight was there.

Hmmmmm this is probably just a VS IT hick-up but, the A/C type for the VS3046 is now showing as a 744!! (no seat maps available but if you click the flight number in your booking you get:

I think I will travel up on the train the day before, as it will be by that time First Horizon Trains or whatever they are calling it. Danger of meeting up night before is that we all miss the flight!
