There still isn't anything on the FC pages on the VS web site. Like others, I can't access my booking via MMB either!

They still show no points earned, which, at £39 for o/w I undertand.
VS Gold for £1600 otherwise!

Don't you get one TP for a cheap economy SFO-LAX on VX? If so, I'd expect something similar, and after all, they'll need to promote these too.

Currently I am thinking train, but as I have a Marco Polo Gold BA could be an attraction if others are going that way

If you try to book a return, booking page says 1 tier point and 750 FC miles (both legs booked into N class). If you try to book a single leg (also goes into N class), nothing comes up.

PS - although I am not booking the inaugural just in case I'm away I am also booked into the Hilton on the night of the 30th.

As previously mentioned, I'm on this bash. :)

All ticketed and sorted but...

Dont know about any other V Flyers but, I cant access the booking via MMB using my FC number OR the booking ref...

" We were unable to locate your flights based on your Flying Club number. Please enter your e-ticket number or booking reference"

VS reservations team can access it, but not me :(!
Any one else got this issue?

Thanks
Paul

Yes indeed Co, while my flight is listed in MMB, trying to access it just leads to the holding page for ages, and ages ...

VS IT will probably sort this out round about March 29th 2013 ): .

My guess is because the aircraft config etc hasn't been confirmed yet.

Am i the only one thinking that he first few flights will end up being operated by a Titan 737 or something similar?!

The earliest flight from LHR to MAN on 31 March is at 0920. So the 650 departure from MAN is still the first.

It appears that ABZ flights start on 9 April and EDI flights start on 5 April. So MAN on 31 March is definitely the first short haul - I was concerned that EDI (where the first flight departs at 0640) would be the official first flight if it also started on 31 March, but we're OK, we're on the very first!

All viewable in MMB now and has been for a while.
BUT...the 90 day rule for seat requests not available.

A chat with VS said that aircraft config not confirmed yet so no seat requests allowed...not sure when this will be.

Just booked my train up to Manchester for the Saturday. Virgin Trains wanted a ridiculous amount of money, but by splitting the journey in Stoke, I've managed to bag first class for £25.50, saving nearly £200.

So, will be at the Manchester Airport Hilton just before 7pm. What's the plan?
