Hi all,

I am new to the PE upgrade vocuher (the one gained from the credit card). As I understand it, I can get a PE return flight but paying Y value miles, but still paying PE taxes.

I am about to book a flight using miles where there is Y availability both ways, but It's only offering me PE with miles on the outbound.

Do both dates have to be available in PE for me to use the voucher, or could I use it for the outbound, and then for the inbound potentially use it if it became available at a later date?

Thank you

Hi

I can only answer half the question. Yes you can use the voucher for a one way trip. We did to Atlanta two years ago.

No idea if they will let you use the voucher for two one ways and book at a different time.

Good luck

Yes you can do that - at least that is what I was told by the VS booking agent. I am doing the same thing - grabbing the outward reward seats as they come available.
