BA certainly throwing a few quid at advertising their latest CW offering at the minute.
I was amazed by the number of BA CW billboards splashed around the London underground last weekend. I don't get into central London too often, they maybe a common sight more frequent users?? In comparison I only saw one VS ad for Nairobi amongst the masses of BA ads.
I also keep bumping into their TV offering while flicking between Sky and ITV, the other half keeps commenting on how nice CW looks which results in a pillow fight, she just does it to wind me up...[:I][:#]

Hmm - that's shoddy. BA have managed to mis-spell 'Phoenix' in that list....

Got a nice £1199 rtn in Club World for July. Now, as this is my first longhaul on "the dark side" does anyone have any tips on seating etc?
I'll be travelling alone, outbound to EWR on a 777 and back from JFK on a 747.
Regards
John

Thanks to BA's useless new seating policy, you can't pre-book seats in Club unless you have at least Silver status in Exec Club. This means you have to wait until OLCI opens at T-24 hours, by which time most of the good seats will be gone. But if you do happen to have a choice, I think most people would go for upstairs on the 747, otherwise avoiding being in the middle of a row of four, when travelling alone.

Hmm yes, the seating selection policy is complete garbage. I fancy going for a reverse seat as the last time I flew backwards was on a RAF VC-10 and it was a great wheeze!!
