Strange BA radio ad

While listening to Virgin Radio I heard a strange BA ad. Well, I thought it was a bit strange. The ad was about planes arriving at their destination with more passengers then they left with....leaving you wondering about stowaways for a moment before they talk about someone giving birth on board & how their crew is trained in delivering babies.

BA must somehow feel there is a large enough market out there to justify an ad centered around giving birth onboard an airplane.

I've heard this ad too and it is a bit odd. Only thing I can think of is that they are playing off on the couple of recent stories of cabin crew delivering babies in the air.

That is what I thought as well. In the scheme of things, it has to be a pretty rare occurence, I would think.
