'gotta love this quote though:

I take it they havn't been in any of the VS Clubhouses then [:w]

Although in the Clubhouse you do have the daft rigmarole of asking for a piece of paper with the log on and password.

The log-on details are printed on the menus, certainly at LHR.

Took me a while to notice it as well. Its right at the back and in the same font as the rest of the menu.
