I need to do some TRs I guess. In the past few months I've had four really superb F flights and two less than mediocre ones, so consistency isn't just a VS thing. The mediocre ones were ex-LGW, the stellar ones were all ex-LHR. And the difference was almost entirely due to the crew.

Would like to hear of your recent experiences.All our recent BA trips have been in CW mostly ok but a few bum crew about.
