BA crash warning

That would definitely catch my attention, very glad I wasn't on the plane at the time.

Thats happened several times before (on BA and other airlines)

They keep saying they will change procedures to prevent it happening again ...

I remember when I worked for BA short haul many years ago we flew 737-200s which were very very noisy. If you were in the back galley there was a constant roar from the engines do you couldn't hear anything else. On one occasion the purser parked a cart in the galley at the front and went to the back galley. What she didn't realise was that she had knocked the ditching pa switch with the cart. When the crew came out of the back galley they found all the pax sat there with their life jackets on in total terrified silence!!!!! Just a tad embarrassing!
