Great, snappy, no glossy spin, just entertaining and brand strengthening

Exactly, now I like VS's lush, stylized ads, but this was memorable without pushing something in your face!

They're asking for trouble when the T5 bag system can't cope with the volumes during the olympics :-)
On a serious note, it's a really good advertisement.

I was also thinking about the good old days of the move in T5 when it all went wrong. Nowadays it seems to work very well and there are no longer the complaints of lost bags that there were during the move.
Whomever came up with that idea deserves a big pat on the bag as it brings so many parts together with a grin.

Is this an advert for an airline or a baggage handling company?
(Apologies. Cr*p day at work and touchy feely provokes punchy facey reaction)

Make it two

.
'Tis a charming ad - no glossied (false) promises and highly topical (without being "in your face").
I rather like it.

DL (The airline not our esteemed DL!) did a 'this is what happens to your bags' thing last year so one could say this is a knock-off of that.
But yes the first time some Olympic Official or VIPs (not an athlete as they don't count) luggage gets delayed at T5 the red tops will drag this out and beat BA with it.

Another vote from me
I am sure it will rank with those classic ads that used to be common place on UK TV

Would be funny to have a spoof one following priority tagged bags arriving at MAN, with backing tune to Steptoe & Sons......
