BA to re-introduce LHR-LBA flights

seems like its on the cards that BA will be re-introducing flights from Leeds/Bradford to Heathrow which were cancelled by BMI a few years ago. The main idea behind this is that these will feed pax onto BA's long-haul routes out of LHR, something that BMI didn't really capitalise on.

This will be great news for those of us who have to travel over an hour to Manchester currently to get a LHR connection, & will likely also mean a decrease in long haul pax out of MCR who currently choose to fly direct from there rather than transfer through LHR
