I see BA have reduced their J and F fares over Xmas/New Year
Seeing LON-NYC for £1243 INCLUDING the LCY service.
VS have yet to respond to this activity. Maybe they don't need to.

Ooo, good find.
Now do I really need a trip to NYC in Jan, it'll be cold, wet, but 420 TPs?

I hope that they do (let's face it when BA puts a sale on, within a matter of hours the VS prices usually tank too), I would really like to go away for New Years.

BA have some very good deals which VS don't.. for example, Dubai £998 return in Club.

Hmmm, this is the second sale that has had appealing prices UC to NYC that I can't take advantage of as not heading to NYC till April next year and you can bet that if there's a sale in Dec (as in previous years) the sale price then will be considerably more.

I wondered how long it'd be before there was a sale to NYC - surely tourism must have taken a hit after Sandy?

Booked with BA to Orlando with a hotel included, flying economy via Miami in Easter holidays 2013. Just for the heck of it, I phoned up BA yesterday to find out how much it would be to upgrade WT+ on the way back and she told me it was cheaper to upgrade to Club World! £1600 total for four of us. Bought it there and then. Couldn't believe my luck.
That's a result in my book!

Just noticed that the BA offer goes right up to October on the MCO route..... £1600 Biz Class return. Nice to be able to book so far ahead and still gain the special offer
