The subject of declining standards often comes up in the forums, so to add a slightly easier way of monitoring the ratings provided by actual passengers (as recorded via trip reports), you can now view a live chart of the historical data going back to when we started recording ratings in 2004. With over 800 trip reports indexed, we're starting to build up a good picture of what flyers think. And surprisingly, their opinions today aren't wildly different from 3 years ago.
