On the fare codes page, the fare code 'O' is listed as 'Not Used' however I am currently booked in the 'O' class on VS200. Is the page slightly out of date?

Yes it is. The O fare code has only just started to be used by VS. It is now the lowest economy fare code, very restricted in terms of changes that can be made. You will earn 2 TP's and 50% of miles flown with that fare code.

If you actually take a look at the fare codes, there are a couple of things that need to be changed, Neil was kind enough to go through them about a year ago and redo them, however another attempt to get them up to date will have to be done in the next couple of months.
