V-Flyer

Hi. With two days to go before my annual subscription is up I have been trying to find out how I go about renewing - particularly as I would like to upgrade. Do I wait for a notification or do I have to contact a moderator ? There doesn't seem anything in the My Profile section which suggests renewal.

We might need Pete for this one. I thought it was on your profile in the Community section, there is a drop down bit called my membership info, but the mods ones are slightly different, so not 100% sure if that is correct.

You are right Neil.

Hiljil, Go to Profile in The Community section. Immediately beneath your pic should be "Your Membership Info" (for your-eyes-only). Click on the arrow on the right of this.

That is where it is on my "mere mortal" version.

Thank you - I can find my membership info telling me my expiry date (?!) but there is nothing there allowing me to renew. Perhaps I am being too eager and it will appear on Saturday !!!

Yes, it will probably come up once your current membership has ended - if it doesn't, let us know and we will have a look in to it.

I vaguely recall when I signed up that it is an auto-renewing subscription, so you may find your card gets billed automatically and you are in for another year. Simples
