Good morning. My membership renewed automatically yesterday ( Gold ) but I was hoping for the chance to move to Black Level.
Is there any way please that I can still do this ? I had no options shown in the My Profile section. The renewal just happened during the day.

This is 100% one for Pete and this is a really busy time as he is preparing for Edinburgh. If you can just 'bear with' and as soon as he can have a look I am sure he will.
