V-Flyer

I've noticed that there is a one hour time gap between the V flyer arrival times and those on the VS status. Is the VF site running on GMT

We generally use UTC (universal time, or GMT) for flight movement timestamps, although the local time should also be shown depending on where it's displayed. That said, I've wrestled with Joomla's timezones for months and every time I think I have it sorted, you turn your back and it's doing something kooky again ;-)
