A346 G-VMEG arrived into London Heathrow as Flight VS24 from Los Angeles yesterday, and this is expected to be its final passenger service for Virgin Atlantic.
It has now gone to Manila before heading back to Airbus.

Very sad

. I've travelled on her six times in the last two years:
VS022 04-May-12
VS011 29-Nov-11
VS002 02-Mar-11
VS002 03-Sep-10
VS017 28-Jun-10
VS002 22-May-10
She'll be missed ...

This is one of the things I love about VS, when you fly with Thomson/Thomas Cook etc, it's just a means to an end, no one cares if the plane has a name, they just want to start their holiday

That's exactly right. I've flown with Thomson a few times and have no idea what types of aircraft I flew on (or if they had names) and never gave it any thought.
