Ideas for new V-Flyer

I've been using V-Flyer now for about 3 months or so now and LOVE IT! The forum especially is excellent.
I think that in the redesign there should be the following:
a) a 'hall of fame' of the best contributions from the forum, i.e. if there is a fantastic Trip Report then it should be put into a section for everyone to read (I worry that they drop off too soon for everyone to read)
b) weekly polls about VS or just flying but on the homepage.
c) top 5 forum topics on the homepage. I contribute to the search engine strategies forum (sad I know
) and everytime I access the site it lists the top 5 most popular forums of the day across all of the separate forums.
I also think that it should be made easier for people to sign up as V-Flyer members... I am a bit stupid but I can't easily see how to do that at the moment! I think I need to buy a V-Flyer luggage tag I think?
