Wing indicator on seat ratings

Hi,

I was just wondering if it would be possible to edit the plane maps in the 'Seat Ratings' section to indicate where the plane's wings are?

I know that seems like a silly question, but when pre-booking seats I'd like to be 100% certain I'm not booking seats dead on the wing (and thus no nice view of the groud etc.

Thanks.

TJ :)

Pretty good idea. All I need to do is work out where the wings are (first one to say 'on the sides' gets a swift cuff round the ear :))

I thought they were attached either side of the plane personally,

Maybe these airport planning guides and technical spec's will help you.....

Its far too late to try and remember, I'm trying to line them up in realtion to the exit row seats...

I was thinking something along the lines of what Airbus have done on the A380 cabin layout page:

?

Freeway,

Do you have a link to that part of the VS site?

I think Freeway is referring to this section:

OK, it's done. You may need to force a refresh if you've got the old seatmap images in your web cache.

Nice one, like that feature, you have still not taken my advise and removed the blue haired thing from the front page ;-) Cmon pix with all those lovely VS air hostesses you surely must be spoilt for choice? hehe

Jon - now that I know it's getting at 'cha, I'm leaving it there as long as possible :)

Only kidding. It'll fall off the homepage once the next VF news item hits.
