Any reason why "went tech" never shows up dotted? (Well the tech section at least?)

It's case sensitive, actually 'tech' makes more sense than 'Tech' because it is most often written that way in posts.

Pix can you edit and change to lower case please.

While we're on the subject of amending the glossary, could the entry for EWR be amended to read:

EWR - New York Newark Liberty

to reflect the slight change of name the airport underwent post-9/11?

ITX - incluisve tour fare - to be sold with 3 nts accom or 5 days car hire
tour op- Tour Operator e.g VS hols, Thomson, Airtours
INS - Insurance
SAFI - Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance
