Pete et al, When are you planning to add the 343 UCS seat map to the site and update the VTool?

Thanks for the link. Sean.

For those who haven't noticed, Pete isn't around much at the moment, being extremely busy at the Edinburgh Fringe. Site tweaks and updates may not be as quick as normal 'cos of this.

Aha, so it is there. Thanks for you assistance. Also, I know the VS website has it, but I like to stay in one place when doing my research.
Cheers

For feedback (rather than criticism) that the seat config isn't quite right.
The VS website shows an UC seat config on A, D & K, where as the G-VELD seatmap shows a A section config of A, G & K, and then a B section config of A, D & K

The A343 Suite map doesn't let you add comments yet! I flew on African Queen yesterday and was looking to add some comments but couldn't [:(]

Wiring up the comments to the seats takes a bit of time (each individual seat position has to be coded), so I tend to leave it until I'm sure that the map is correct. At the moment there seems to be some small conflicts between the map shown on virginatlantic.com and the "official" plan that the V-Flyer one was based. Nothing too major, but a small inconsistency.

Ok, that makes sense. If I had known in advance I would have taken specific notes and pictures

I'm back on VS8 so can't help there on the way back.

I'm on the "A343 Suite" both outbound and return in 2 weeks (albeit sitting in the back in Y class).
If you need me to do some on site research then let me know!!
Rich.

Incidentally Pete,
Is it possible to populate some of the newer seatmaps with the comments from the corresponding but unchanged sections of previous configurations. I am thinking particularly of the the 747LGW configs - Y and some of PE is the same, and the 343's where Y is the same as the old configuration.
