Not a lot to report really but just a few observations.

I'd checked in online the day before and managed to grab seat 1A which was a bonus [:)] although it took me a while to work out how to change seats using the BA OLCI system. You have to click on your existing seat first then click on the new seat you want to choose. Boarding pass printed and I was set to go.

Made my way to MAN and my usual Q-Park carpark. The Q-Park bus (and I think most other car park busses at MAN) now drop you off at the central station rather than each terminal. For flights from T3 it's a far old treck as you have to walk though T1 so allow yourself some extra time.

There's 3 BA fast bag drop desks in T3. Only 2 where open though, mind you I didn't have to wait long.

Security was (unusually) a nightmare today as there was only one channel open and the queue was every increasing. Normally security at MAN is pretty good but today is was total un-orgainsed and seemed very under-stafffed. I queued for about 15 minutes in total. For those that dont know T3 at MAN handles all domestic flights and all BA flights so it's often quite busy.

Departure lounge wasn't too busy. Only had about 25 mins to wait so had a quick look in Dixons.

The rest of the trip was pretty standard. We departed a few minutes late and arrived at LHR roughly on time after doing quite a few merry-go-rounds coming into LHR due to quite high cross winds.
