V-Flyer

We can learn a few things from air Nz - their customer service and product as a whole are very exciting to be apart of.

Sydney to Dunedin via Auckalnd today. Neither journey was too long.
Leg one was completed on the airbus 320. Pretty nice set and a decent in flight entertainment package.

The meal service was really nice and considering we were all one class on this small flight, the service was top notch.

Just a little over three hours later we landed in auckalnd. I love transferring to the domestic terminal as you follow a green line all over the shop! At one point you think you're heading towards some sort of work camp!

The domestic service is not as glittering and the aircraft taking us on the final hop was pretty basic. The in fight crew were however still really friendly and the drinks flowed freely!!

The Koruclub lounges are a nice heaven. The Sydney ch was otty spacious and served a lot of nice finger style food. The Auckland domestics was heaving with folk but still provided a nice place to rest for a while.

NZ does seem to epotimise the New Zealanders I know! Which is a great thing!
