USB Chargers and mains outlets

OK here's the deal...

My Nano, phone (K750i), and blackberry, as well as Mrs csparker's phone (RAZR V3i) all have USB cables that can be used to charge them. Of these, only the blackberry comes with a mains plug that the USB cable plugs into.

I am trying to be cheap and a save weight here. Can I plug the USB cable for my nano and cell phones into the blackberry charger and then plug the other end into the device for charging?

Of course, I do have the option to take the mains chargers, or charge off my PC, but I would like to look for the lightweight / reduced space option.

Thanks for your help.

I've done it with mine, and it works [y]

I have the 7100v Blackberry, and plugged my iPod video into it's adapter - charged just fine :)

I'd recommend the Expansys USB Travel Charger at Amazon for £12.24. Charges my GPS receiver, Sony MP3 player and phone, and you just need to take the plug attachment for wherever you are going.

Looks remarkably similar to the BB charger, locutus ;) (including the interchangeable nibs).

But for anyone that doesn't have one already - looks like a great buy, and they are very useful...

Do you travel with a laptop? I use that to charge my phone and iPod when needed via the USB.

Sometimes I do, others not. However, it usually my work laptop, and that is pretty locked down to plug 'n' play devices. I now at least seem to have the option of not buying a stand alone Apple charger, and having to carry that and two phone chargers as well as the blackberry one.
