iPod EmPower Lead

Picked up one of these when I was last in the US.

Plug which goes into the EmPower socket, and the other end into the dock connector on the iPod. No blimps or bricks mid-cable.

Also a ciggy lighter adapter for charging it from the car, or on airlines which have the ciggy lighter socket rather than EmPower - such as American.

Great for those long sectors to the West Coast, works a treat, and no-one from the crew asked me what it was or worried about anything a bit non-standard in the EmPower socket.

Cheers!
Mike

Ooooh - I like the look of that [y]

Although the new video ones last for 12/15 hours of music, they run out after about 1.5 hours of video... [:I][:#]

That is a remarkably sensible idea. :o)

Paul - have you managed to watch 1.5hrs of video on an iPod yet? I'm impressed if you have.

Mike,
I have one of these for use on American. By any chance do any of the adapters/nibs VS offers work with the cigarette lighter version in EmPower? As you say, would come in handy on the long sectors, one of which is coming up for me in a week after visiting London.

Thanks.
