Hello - We are flying to LAX next Tue, 5 Sept, but with different locator codes. Hubby received email asking him to choose his UC meal 3 days ago and I will haven't received my email. I have tried calling, but have been on hold for 50 minutes, so gave up. Anyone have a phone number for UC?? Thanks

More to the point, when is the UC menu next due to change (as it's on a 6 month cycle)? I really hope we don't get the same poor offering in December that we got in June.

Any one know if they stoped pre order for JFK? got the email for my flight yesterday last week and was able to order but didnt get one for my JFK to LHR this friday? when i log in using my same number it tells me ive missed the window?
