Does anyone know how many Gold Card holders there are at the moment?
Also how many of these exceed 100TPs a year?
Thanks

I think you may find that is pretty commercially sensitive information to VS.

The evil dark side would probably pay thousands to get their sticky little mits on VS's top 50!!! [}:)]
We are all aware their product wouldn't stand up, however I'm sure the B.A sniper squad is awaiting any opportunity [n]

Careful with the lepricorn gags guys. I know its only a bit of fun, but not everyone who is Irish would appreciate being called a lepricorn

B.A are generally a good outfit, I am not a big fan.....[8D]
As for Mr O'Leary , well what would fit, without being too derogitary?? A very good Paddy Businessman is pretty truthful I suppose.....[y]
I'll leave the rest to your imagination?!!?

I never thought otherwise! For me to make an accusation may be considered the pot calling the kettle black!

Ok per the first couple of replies - VS are the only people who know for sure. It is commercially sensitive information. I'd guess low 3 figure VS50 and low 5 figure Au.

I sat next to a BA Premier Cardmember - above Gold in Virgin Upper. I asked him what on earth he was doing on Virgin. I hate BA he said. You have to laugh. BA Premier is the holy grail of FFC's and he didnt care.

I don't know the answer to that, but would suggest that in this day and age of comprehensive computer held profiles, the colour of your card will matter less and less.
Once you have the number to ring 'the right people', they will know almost immediately the level of customer they are talking to, and you will be treated accordingly.
That doesn't just apply to airlines, but to all service industries.

I agree completely Nick but for one aspect - people!!
People like status - and the colour reflects that!!
It makes no odds I agree - but it seems to matter to some
