This morning on opening up virgin-atlantic.com I got a Novartis Questionnaire regarding the site, and my use of other airline/ travel websites.

I've just opened BA.com and got EXACTLY the same questionnaire, from the same company and with the same questions! (albeit regarding the BA website)

It seems a litle strange that VS and BA would have chosen the same company to start the same questionnaire on the same day? (neither sites had the questionnaire yesterday)

Very odd. I have been in earlier in the morning, and again just now. No questionnaire for me.

It certainly is interesting, i wonder if they can compare the results in any way, would be interesting reading to see the cross-comparison in question results from BA and VS fans.

Jeremy - Haven't you got FF blocking all those pop-ups by now?

I also got the questionnaire on BA.com - going to try Virgin now to see if I get another one!!

I got the Questionnaire on the VS website this morning.

Maybe the company (Novartis) sold the service to both on the grounds of a comparitive survey. If they both feel they have the better site what better way of rubbing the others nose in it! I imagine if either come out strong or are awarding anything because of this survey that this will splettered all across the site soon.

Could I just point out that the company doing the survey is Novatris and not NOVARTIS, who are a global pharmaceuticals company without a great deal of interest in travel websites (apart from employee business travel I suppose).
