V-Flyer

The music channels on Odessy and Arcadia are to change soon, instead of having radio type shows will have different CD's and music artists...V-port will stay as it is.

Good to see that Odyssey and Arcadia are getting improvements, however bring on an all V-Port fleet!! Suppose this is on everybodies wishlist, shame it's not practical for VS[}:)]

Not sure I call this an improvement. I liked the "pot luck" aspect of the radio-style channels. Every so often something came up that either I hadn't heard for a while, or had never heard and found to be wuite good. With this format I am more likely to just not bother.

Isn't this another cost cut far easier to rip a single CD onto the system than pay a DJ (and in some cases an artist) to talk and put on a bunch of CDs. Suspect the copyright fees may be lower as well.

I'm just looking forward to another V:Port experience sometime this year - only ever seen it once [:#]

Any music format'll do!

Well is on about 75 % of the fleet now so unless you are out of LGW then you have a good chance

Hmm, BOS via LHR in April so should be ok on that, but then in the summer LHR-LAX (though return is SFO-LHR). I should also be ok for October: LHR-SFO-LHR. 5 out of 6 is not so bad odds.

remember it only started flying with V:PORT euiped planes a few week ago.

And vs7 reverts back to a747 during the summer !! but the vs23 should remain on a 346

I want UA's channel 9 and a forward facing camera!
