Hi
Have I missed something here?
On the virgin web site miles earning calculator, a K PE return to Las earns 15k miles
however if I search for a flight in November the total price screen tells me I will earn only 7500ish miles, I am assuming this is for a K class flight. I thought that all PE flights earned the full miles regardless of the class, Was something changed here with the "refresh" at the begining of the month?, Or is Virgin telling me Porkies?

What your saying is how I understood it, I should earn 1.5X miles regardless of the class in PE
Ive just checked again on a few diff dates in Nov on a direct LGW-LAS flight and its still showing half the miles, I cant tell what class the flights are in but I am assuming it is K as the price is £779
"1 adult GBP 626.00 each
Total taxes, fees, charges and surcharges. This includes the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per segment, and carrier imposed fuel and insurance surcharges. GBP 153.00
Total GBP 779.00
Flying Club miles you could earn Miles 7836 each "
I think I will call them up to make sure, As begining to think there is a bug in Virgins website!

A one-way to LAS earns 5224 at the base mileage, and 7836 is 1.5 times this (correct for PE) - so it's only displaying one-way mileage. I seem to remember there was a bug in the booking system last year that showed the same thing (found the link to the thread,
here)....obviously not sorted yet [:(!]
BTW, what dates are you looking at for November?
Cheers
Michael

Well, it's still worth ringing VS and reporting it - the more people that do, then there's more chance of it getting fixed

BTW, £779 is a cracking price for PE, even if it is K (not miles upgradeable) [y]
Cheers
