Great news :)

Though you do have to feel sorry for the person who has the job of dusting the ever-increasing-in-size VS trophy cabinet :D

Here's a thought, which airline do you think would win The Telegraph's Business Airline of the year award? BA?

Do you think Guardian readers (I raise my hand) empathise more with the younger VS brand?

The Guardian readership is much, much younger than the Torygraph's!

Guardian readers don't fly, they just travel arounde in Citroen 2CVs or anything European, but NOT British as they care very little for this country and vacation in France during their school holidays :-) :-)

The Guardian is a left of centre newspaper (maybe liberal with a small 'L') but your description of its readers, particularly not "caring for this country", I personally find rather rude.

Left of centre????
You cannot get any further left than that rag.
I find comments like "Torygraph" rude as well.
Ah well, time to stop this discussion before we come to "virtual" blows [}:)][}:)]

Alan

You've obviously never read Socialist Worker. (The irony of two "non-flying" Au Guardian readers replying to your post is hopefully not lost).

I think that "Torygraph" and "Grauniad" are equal levels of insult. Ad hominems go beyond this and aren't really appropriate on this forum.

Come on now guys, lets not get into a squabble hear over the political leanings of the press and the make-up of their readership.

I am locking this topic down and would ask posters to refrain from people bashing in other posts.
