Upgrading at JFK

I know I shouldn't, really shouldn't but I'm so tempted.

Depending on availability of course, does anyone know how much you can expect to pay for a PE to UC one way upgrade at the ticket desk at JFK?

I did E to PE earlier this year and that was about £210, obviously I'm expecting it to be more than this, but you never know, if I do good business in NYC it may be justifiable...

Hi Dean

Last year in June I upgraded from a K PE fare to a D Upper fare at JFK for $1005 (which was then about £599 - about £567 as today's exchange rate). As it was a D fare I also got the Upper Class miles + the John Lewis £100 voucher which was the Upper Class promo at that time which made it a good deal :)

Regards

I'm currently booked in K Class for PE.

Thats depressing. Don't really want to spend that much, although guess that is what I was expecting.
