Bring back the lamb! I hear so often, and I don't often point people to the dark side but take a look at this BA first class food from the 60s (looks more like beef), served by FC in white tuxedos no less:

Seriously though, there are some fantastic images on this site, check out the bar on the Trident. Does Virgin have something similar, or should there be one?

The BA archive has some fantastic photos - we should start a Virgin archive similarly!
