I have a Cabin Crew interview with VA this Tuesday. Any advice, info regarding destinations, fleets, contract or anything else that might be useful before I get there?

Lisa, though not in the airline biz, what I look for when interviewing people is a smile, the attitude they project and an apparent willness to learn.
All airlines have a pretty proficient training program in place for all new hires,VS included, what they are looking for is the right attitude to go with it.

I would read all about VS on the website. Know about all the product offerings, key people, etc.
You will do fine I am sure

^ Read up on everything, routes, new routes, aircraft types...all that kinda stuff.
They will tell you in the interview but it's best to be prepared.
Smile throughout and do not say anything negative AT ALL. It may sound obvious but don't even give a negative attitude. For example if they say why do you want to leave your current job, don't say it has no prospects, or not paid enough, or it's not a good environment, say something like i'm following a life long dream, i want to explore the world etc etc.
They notice everything so only give off positive signals.
I've said if before but i'll say it again - SMILE! All the time.

Hi
If you look at
http://www.pprune.org you will find a forum for cabin crew and there is quite a lot of information on interview formats for different airlines including VA.
Good luck with your interview.

If I interview people, I am just waiting for a positive attitude and people who feel comfortable talking to other people no matter what background they come from;)

But isn't it a little different for you? I'd imagine candidates are sort of niche?
That said, I've often thought I'd like to work in that sort of business....
