Inflight treatments, what am I doing wrong

Some advice would be welcomed. I am a relative newcomer to VS with only 4 round trip flights in UC over the last 6 months (to Hong Kong and Bombay). On all of those flights I have failed to get a treatment. Why?

Is it because I am crediting miles to British Midland? Is it because I have had treatments in the lounge ex LHR? I have read on hear about priority cards - what do I have to do to get one of those?

Thank you. :)

Welcome to V-Flyer.

Have you had treatments in the Clubhouse prior to boarding the flights?

Sometimes this seems to put you down the list for onboard treatments, sometimes it makes no difference.

There does seem to be an element of pot luck regarding treatments, but I wouldn't think that the fact you are having your points creditted to BM would make ANY difference at all.

As with all things in thsi world - its worth having a word with the FSM when you get on board and let him or her know your situation - thay can always tell you why you are not eligible or what the process is!!

Enjoy your next massage!!

The IFBT knows whos already had a treatment in the clubhouse - however this doesnt mean you wont get an inflight treatment just that you'll get a lower priority than UC pax whove not had a treatment - if the IFBT doesn't get to you ask her a priority card for next time!

Thanks all, and for the welcome. Time to try a little, gentle assertiveness.

It also depends on what treatment you ask for as the IFBT's can only do a certain number of each on any flight.

Welcome to V-Flyer BTW :)

hmmm, so what treatment would most guarantee a treatment I wonder [:?]?

I've always gone for the back & scalp, and have only once missed a treatment.

It's the massage treatments that are limited, as I understand it.
