Hi everyone,
I've been on quite a few virgin flights, and have recently decided that it would be worth joining the Flying Club. Would I be able to redeem miles and tier points from flights I have already taken, and put them on my new account? Also, what's the deal with miles and tier points when booking with Virgin Holidays?

Welcome chrisV.

Tier points/miles can be claimed six months in arrears. AFAIK the only requirement is to fly in VS metal - however the flight is booked is immaterial.

If that's wrong, I'm sure that one of the more knowledgeable posters will put me right:D

As Treelo has said, you can claim points up to six months after your flight.

Just go to the manage your account section of the VS website (you have to be logged into the site first)

If you enter your flight details, date and booking reference. The miles should be creditted instantly.

It all depends when your flights booked through Virgin Holidays were and what class they were booked in. Unless they were transatlantic N class flights taken before March, then you should get points for them.

Also you could ask someone to refer you to FC that way someone would get miles from your next qualiflying flight
