Other passengers on one account

Hi everyone,
I recently opened a flying club account and credited it with miles and tier points from the past 6 months as advises (thanks for the help)[y]
Anyway, when I entered the flight number and booking reference onto the 'missing miles' page on VS website, it brought up only the miles from my seat. Am I able to credit miles and tier points from my wife and kids' tickets onto my account?
Thanks
ChrisV

Hi Chris,

Sorry, no.

The miles you are allowed to credit to your account are only those that you flew yourself. Others in your party are able to credit their miles to their own account, but not anybody elses.

The one exception to this would be if you have a gold card. In that case, you can set up any under 18's in your household to deposit into your account - and allocate a family member a silver card, which functions in a similar way (you can spend their miles).

Since you've only just opened your account, however, I'm guessing you're not a gold card holder... [:I]

Short answer, after all that : No.
