... how do you get them? They're not emergency exits, yet I never see them available. Does being Au gain access or am I missing something?

Exactly!! We had row 18 on our flight to NYC in March - did OLCI in the night before and then was at the airport very early and asked at check in, the check in agent had to get the row unblocked but then moved us into them no problem - IMO these are great seats, you get 2 windows and nobody to recline there seats into you [y]

I got to JFK over 3.5hours early last time, and they had gone already [:(!] That, or they decided I was not worthy, maybe as I was on my own? [?]
