If you want to talk to someone in Customer Services, that'll be any Customer Services, order something on the phone or anything like that do it now.
Chances are you'll get straight through to anyone anywhere but only for the next hour or two.

I remember when I worked in a call centre, during shows like Corrie it was always quiet, but as soon as the titles started rolling, the queues went up. Everyone had their volume up so loud, all you could here was the theme tune in the background whilst trying to get the holiday sorted.
So it is wise to pick your times to phone call centres around TV, especially if they like to keep you waiting - like the FC Red number [V]

Miserable outcome for Owen's knee...
They must have played that shot in slow motion on the ITV news about 9 times last night...
Painful [:$]

Bet that was fun, Dave! Too bad that you, the boss, couldn't stop to watch the action.

Sadly he's on his way home which leaves us with a 6' 7" beanpole, an untried kid who still hasn't played in the Arsenal first team and a 70% fit Rooney up front..... All going to plan then [:w]

Sorry if I'm being a bit slow but do you work at the Strat Jetwet?
The reason I ask is I've booked a table at the Top of the World for my wife's birthday in August and want to make it a very special occasion so wouldn't mind a bit of advice.

Right,as the boss I don't have the freedom to stand where I want to stand, facing the way I want to stand and looking where I want to look....honest [8D]
As to dinner at TOW,book the table for later in the night, that way you get to see the strip in all it's glory.
