Anyone having bother managing their booking with Virgin Atlantic on line? Have tried for weeks to get my booking to come up but keep getting the message Resort Suppressed!! Have tried phoning them about this but they don't seem to know either!!!!!!!!!

what kind of secirity settings have you got on your browser? Maybe it's being blocked there?

Sorry - I mean Virgin Holidays website. All my details are in the Virgin Atlantic website but when I go into Virgin Holidays Manage my Booking and put in my details I get resort suppressed!!!!

I have changed my Cookie setting to Low (was at medium anyway)
and its just the same. Whats so maddening is that Virgin don't know know why either!!!!!!

maybe the 'resort' you chose is going through some sort of negotiation?

your holiday.... the hotel/resort you are staying in.... maybe they are loading new availability or something? other than that, I'm not sure.

It says - Unable to access resort suppressed - 6261. Virgin themselves have tried my details and they are getting the same message. Why don;t they know whats wrong?

I suppose they probably should contact their own IT department to find the error. There's probably a glitch somewhere on the online system, which the reservations department would not know about.

I had this problem running with my last VH booking.
One of the required fields is to submit your date of birth, along with you name and booking ref to view online. Check that VH have your DOB details entered correctly - Mine was defaulted to 00/00/0000 which kept throwing up the same error message.

OK Will try tomorrow - but will probably get someone in India who can't get to the IT department or something. Thanks Guys...
