LHR to NYC in September

First post.

I am flying Premium Economy LHR to JFK on 14th September on VS003- I have been allocated seat 19A. I believe this is an Airbus but don't know which version. If it is an A340-600, SeatGuru says this seat does not have a window and has limited storage available.

Returning on September 25th on VS046 with seat 71K which appears to be ok.

Any advice very welcome. I am a basic Flying Club member.

Thanks

Henry

It is indeed currently allocated as AIRBUS A340-600. The return is currently a BOEING 747 400.

Tough call on the advise side. Did you want to look out of a window?

Thanks Decker for confirming Airbus type. It is a daytime flight.... Otherwise is it a decent seat for Premium Economy?

My preferences are to try and grab either 18 A/B or 18 H/K at checkin for the extra leg room and a window. Next best on a config 1 346 is row 19 even though it has no window - I try and avoid rows 20 and 21 as you seem to get regulary disturbed by the constant flow of Economy passengers using the toilets at the rear of the PE section. If you are lucky enough to get a config 2 346 you have a extra row or two of seating in the middle of the cabin that is sufficiently far away from the toilet. You may well get a window also with these!!!

Good Luck, hope you get want you want. ;)
